Join the team by becoming an integral part of the employer benefits group. Bona Vita Benefits provides retirement planning and insurance benefits to a number of small to medium sized
businesses. You’ll be responsible for building relationships within the community to support a growing avenue of the business. You’ll have an opportunity to train alongside the founding
partner, learning about the various strategies that business owners rely on to build their companies’ benefit arrangements.
Overall Responsibilities:
Become an integral team member who supports Account Management and Sale teams with high quality work product to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Expect on the job training and support from management and team members. Training timeframe six (6) to twelve (12) months.
